A RIBBITING BIRTHDAY

The ‘ribbit' frog sound was introduced in the early movie days thanks to Hollywood filmmakers who needed frog sounds to simulate a night setting. With their microphones outside, the frog recorded was a pacific tree frog - the only species that make the ‘ribbit' sound in the world.
