MINTON HOLLINS FLOWERS IN POTS (LATE 19TH C.)

The design comes from tiles made by Minton in the late 19th century. Produced during the Aesthetic Movement in Britain, the ‘cult of beauty’ aimed to move away from the ugliness of the Industrial Age bringing beauty into the domestic world.
