Activist Kye Rowan aged 17, created the flag in 2014 with colours representing the following identities: Yellow for gender outside the gender binary. White for a mix of all colours, representing those with many or all genders. Purple for those who feel both binary male and female or fluid between the two. Black for the agender individuals.
