In the case of replacements, goods will be sent to the original delivery address. Please do let us know if an alternative address is preferred.
The goods remain the responsibility of the customer until reaching our studio. If goods arrive in an unsuitable condition, we may simply need to return the item. Please make sure any returned item is packaged well to avoid damage during transit, and we also recommend obtaining proof of postage.

We cover the costs of shipping both ways in case of damaged or faulty products where the responsibility is ours. Otherwise the postage cost is covered by the customer, and where refund is given, the postage cost will be deducted from the balance of the refund.
We check our shipments thoroughly, and we rarely have issues. Our aim is to make our customers happy, so that we can continue to be of service.
