Text on the reverse side:
Around the 12th century, there have been heart-shaped charges found in heraldry, an example being the hearts in the coat of arms of Denmark. Although the form is of a heart-shape, unlike the association today, the symbol was not associated to love or of the heart, but instead assumed to be depiction of the leaves of the water lily.
