BISHOPSGATE STREET (1873)

Bishopsgate Street was one of the original Roman roads in the city of London. The street today consists mostly of Victorian era office blocks. Engraving from “London, A Pilgrimage,” a collaborative project by French artist Gustave Doré and British journalist Blanchard Jerrold.
