The Old Curiosity Shop, built in 1567, is thought to be the oldest shop in London. The shop still stands today despite numerous demolition plans, and has been a dairy, a bookbinder’s shop, an antique shop, a paper dealer, and, most recently, a fashion designer's workspace.
